I like that everyone experiences architecture.  Like good art, architecture can be inspiring, unexpected, thought provoking, and become an important part of our memories.  As a child, I attended uniquely designed buildings for elementary, junior high, and high school, which I would credit as forming some of my earliest interests in architecture.

My family and I enjoy taking road trips (I've been to all 48 contiguous states!) and stopping at unusual roadside attractions and destinations. I play floor hockey and enjoy following my hometown teams: St. Louis City SC, Cardinals, and Blues. Currently I'm interested in learning more about Japanese culture and hope to visit there soon!
